    Adjustability
    Just like many FX models, is the Maverick highly adjustable.
    The double AMP-regulators are adjustable and are designed to work in harmony with the large 89cc Power Plenum.

    Sporting the same hammerspring assembly as the FX Wildcat MK3, the hammer is fine-tunable with macro and micro adjustments.

    Smooth Twist X (STX) barrel & liner system
    The Maverick uses FX’s STX barrel with interchangable liner system.
    By default, the Maverick is equipped with the Superior STX Standard liner. This liner is suited for pellets, Hybrid Slugs and lighter slugs.
    For heavier projectiles, the Superior STX Heavy is recommended.

    The next stage is the Panthera’s already legendary plenum – an over-the-barrel plenum which provides an ultra consistent regulated pressure. This location not only allows the plenum to be larger than previous rifles (FAC models), but also has the added benefit of stiffening the area around the barrel. Precise levels of pressure are maintained by the single AMP MKII Regulator.

    Tuneable and compact

    In the FX Panthera Hunter model, gone are the Arca rails and M-lok accessory rails to make a lightweight simplified Air Rifle that takes all the best bits of the Panthera and loses all the competition necessary parts. The result is a tune-able state-of-the-art rifle that you can shoot all-day.

    The perfect FX Wildcat MKIII bullpup just got a massive upgrade! With a whole host of upgrades, such as the upgraded magazine to allow the use of larger capacity magazines. The Wildcat MKIII sees a huge increase to its shots using the FX Side-Shot magazine (the same magazines as found on the FX Crown and FX Dreamline).

    The FX Wildcat is a part of airgun royalty. A rifle that was compact before compact became a buzzword in airguns. A perfectly balanced and ergonomically designed bullpup that defined the generation of bullpups that have followed in its footsteps.

    The FX Wildcat MKIII enhances its legacy as it updates this coveted platform for the modern airgunner. The improvements start inside the Wildcats main block. FX has increased the plenum size and airflow of the rifle while also increasing the valving of the Wildcat. The engineering into the new Wildcat block really pushes the boundaries of what can be accomplished with precision CNC engineering from FX Airguns.

    Adjustments to the FX Wildcat MKIII are built around the new rear power adjuster. This power adjuster is a breakthrough as it allows for both micro and macro adjustments using the same dial to the hammer spring. The rear power adjuster has 7 presets for your hammer, but the actual hammer tension can be adjusted more fully higher or lower using an Allen wrench through a hole found on the 8th position of the adjuster.

    This allows the Wildcat hammer to be fully adjusted in harmony with the AMP regulator to allow for the full range of adjustability found in other FX rifles like the FX Impact & FX Crown. This also allows for shooters to swap calibres quickly and easily (additional barrel kits will be available).

    All Wildcat MKIII rifles and barrel kits will ship with FXs recently released new Superior STX Barrel Liners. The liners are housed in the STX Interchangeable barrel liner system that allows users to switch to the Superior STX Heavy liner if they want to shoot heavier slugs.

    The other features of the Wildcat remain intact. The externally adjustable AMP regulator, two-stage adjustable trigger (easily one of the best triggers found on any bullpup), and the smooth side cocking lever perfectly positioned above the trigger.

    The Wildcat MKIII comes in two configurations, The Wildcat MKIII Compact with its 500mm barrel in calibres .177 through .30; and the Wildcat MKIII Sniper that houses a larger 300cc air cylinder and a 700mm barrel in calibres .22 through .30. All rifles are ordered in a synthetic stock with shrouded barrels that are moderator ready with UNF threading

    The FX Wildcat Compact has been a hugely popular compressed air rifle for years thanks to its compact and lightweight nature.
    Due to the bullpup design with the action and magazine in the back of the stock, this rifle maintains an efficient long barrel despite the short package.

    Thanks to the wide adjustment range, this rifle is ideal for a large number of uses

    The stock is made of a durable synthetic stock with soft coating and makes the Wildcat very ergonomic.
    Thanks to the pleasant balance, it is also very agile to use.

     

    The Wildcat MK3

    The airguns from FX are well known for their high precision and adjustability.
    As the third generation in the Wildcat series, this rifle brings a wide range of features to the table.

    • Higher power potential
      The MK3 is equipped with an enlarged plenum and optimized airflow.
      The plenum is the part that contains the regulated air used for the shot. A larger plenum gives greater power potential and optimizes the rifle for lower regulator pressure.
    • Rear Power Adjuster
      On the back of the action is now an adjustment wheel for the hammer spring that easily adjusts the power in 8 steps (0-7).
      This alows the user to optimize the Wildcat for different ammunition types and use-cases

      At position 0, a small Allen key can be inserted into the adjusting wheel to fine-tune the hammer spring pressure at a micro level.

    • Adjustable AMP regulator
      The regulator ensures that the rifle constantly uses the same pressure with every shot.
      As a result, rifles with a regulator are significantly more accurate than models without this part.

      The AMP regulator from FX is adjustable in pressure, which means that this rifle can be adjusted for multiple uses in conjunction with the power adjuster.
      For example, a higher regulator pressure gives more power, and a lower pressure gives more shots per fill.

    • Smooth Twist X borrel system
      Like many other FX rifles, the Wildcat MK3 is equipped with the STX barrel system.
      These barrels contain interchangeable liners where the pulls and fields are rolled in externally.
      Thanks to this system, the barrels and liners with different pitches and lengths can be exchanged for different uses.
      By default, this rifle is equipped with the STX Superior liner, which is optimized for pellets and light slugs
