€800.00
The Hill EVO 310 Electronic Compressor is reliable and durable and the new EVO version has introduced improvements and new features.
The Evo benefits from completely new electronic architecture along with completely new software, as with all Hill products the electronics have been designed and tested in house by their own software and electronics engineers.
The Evo also benefits from the built in Automatic Pressure Gauge kicks in whenever the motor on the compressor stops, so when it goes into a cooling cycle and when a fill is paused or finished. This not only takes the strain off the motor when starting again against very high pressures, but has the added benefit of purging the air, including any moisture from inside the unit. This is very important for people filling larger rifles and or cylinders.
Hill EVO 310 Electronic Compressor Features:
- Can be set as low as 50 bar (755 psi) and up to 310 bar (4500 psi)
- Built in an Automatic Air Pressure Purge
- Super durable Shuttle Valve – very efficient and long lasting
- Highly accurate digital pressure sensor with an additional analogue gauge (no longer need to recalibrate the compressor during a major service)
- Simple to service and maintain
- Designed, manufactured and assembled by Hill Pumps in Sheffield, UK

The Hill EVO 310 Electronic Compressor has been engineered for shooters, airgun enthusiasts, and professionals who demand dependable performance without compromise. Designed to deliver high-pressure air efficiently and consistently, this compressor redefines what compact electronic air systems can achieve in real-world use.
From the first activation, confidence is reinforced through intelligent controls, robust engineering, and thoughtful safety features. Every component has been purpose-built to support long-term reliability while remaining accessible to both experienced users and newcomers alike. By combining industrial-grade performance with user-friendly operation, the EVO 310 positions itself as a practical investment rather than a disposable accessory.
Why High-Quality Air Compression Matters
Compressed air systems influence accuracy, equipment longevity, and overall shooting experience. Inconsistent air pressure can lead to unpredictable results, unnecessary wear, and wasted time. Because of this, dependable air delivery becomes a foundational requirement rather than a convenience.
With the Hill EVO 310 Electronic Compressor, stable pressure output is maintained across filling cycles. As a result, rifles and cylinders receive clean, dry air that supports optimal performance. Over time, this consistency contributes to improved shot grouping, reduced maintenance, and increased confidence during use.
Moreover, reliability is enhanced through design choices that prioritize controlled compression rather than raw speed alone. Heat management, moisture control, and pressure regulation have all been carefully balanced to support safe, repeatable operation.
Engineered for Performance and Longevity
Built with Purpose, Not Compromise
Every structural and electronic element within the Hill EVO 310 Electronic Compressor has been selected to meet demanding operational expectations. Instead of relying on oversized components or excessive power draw, efficiency has been optimized through intelligent design.
Durable materials are used throughout the chassis and internal assemblies. This approach ensures resistance to vibration, thermal stress, and long-term fatigue. As a result, consistent output is delivered even during repeated fill sessions.
Additionally, attention has been given to serviceability. Wear components are accessible, maintenance intervals are predictable, and overall ownership complexity is reduced. This design philosophy supports both individual users and professional environments.
Electronic Control for Accurate Pressure Management
Unlike manual or mechanically limited compressors, the EVO 310 benefits from advanced electronic regulation. Pressure is monitored in real time, allowing precise fill control without guesswork. Because of this, overfilling risks are minimized while efficiency is improved.
The electronic interface has been designed for clarity rather than complexity. Key information is presented logically, ensuring that users can make informed decisions quickly. Even under time pressure, operation remains intuitive.
As a result, users gain both control and peace of mind during every fill cycle.

Advanced Technology Explained for Real-World Confidence
Precision equipment deserves precision understanding. While performance specifications often appear intimidating, the Hill EVO 310 Electronic Compressor has been engineered so that advanced technology works for users rather than against them. By translating technical innovation into practical advantages, this compressor bridges the gap between professional-grade capability and everyday usability.
Instead of overwhelming operators with unnecessary complexity, core systems have been optimized for balance. As a result, power delivery, airflow consistency, and temperature stability work together harmoniously throughout each fill cycle.
Understanding the Technology Behind Consistent Air Delivery
Intelligent Compression Architecture
At the heart of the Hill EVO 310 Electronic Compressor lies a carefully engineered compression system. Rather than focusing solely on speed, airflow is regulated to ensure stable pressure rise. This approach protects both the compressor and the equipment being filled.
Because pressure builds progressively, internal stress is reduced. Consequently, component longevity improves while operational reliability remains consistent over time. This balance allows the compressor to perform predictably even during repeated usage sessions.
Moreover, controlled compression minimizes pressure spikes. This contributes directly to safer fills and more consistent outcomes.
Thermal Management Designed for Longevity
Heat is an unavoidable byproduct of air compression. However, unmanaged heat can shorten component life and compromise performance. For this reason, thermal regulation has been integrated as a core design priority.
Strategic airflow channels, heat-dissipating materials, and intelligent duty management work together to stabilize operating temperatures. As a result, internal components remain within optimal ranges throughout operation.
Importantly, this system operates automatically. Users are not required to monitor temperatures manually, allowing focus to remain on safe, efficient filling.

Moisture Control for Clean, Reliable Air
Why Moisture Management Matters
Compressed air quality directly affects the lifespan and performance of PCP rifles and air cylinders. Moisture contamination can cause corrosion, seal degradation, and inconsistent pressure delivery over time.
With the Hill EVO 310 Electronic Compressor, moisture management is addressed proactively rather than reactively. Air is processed to reduce humidity content before it reaches sensitive equipment.
Consequently, long-term reliability improves while maintenance requirements are reduced.
Integrated Filtration for Equipment Protection
The filtration system within the EVO 310 has been designed to capture moisture and particulates efficiently. Instead of relying on external accessories, protection is built directly into the compression pathway.
This integrated approach simplifies setup while ensuring consistent results. Every fill benefits from cleaner air, regardless of environment or usage frequency.
Additionally, service intervals remain predictable, making ownership easier to manage.
Electronic Control Systems That Empower Users
Real-Time Monitoring for Precision
Electronic monitoring forms the operational backbone of the Hill EVO 310 Electronic Compressor. Pressure levels are tracked continuously, providing users with accurate, real-time data throughout the fill process.
Rather than relying on estimation, informed decisions can be made instantly. This clarity reduces uncertainty and enhances confidence during every use.
Furthermore, real-time feedback supports safer operation by highlighting system status clearly and consistently.
User Interface Designed for Clarity
Complex interfaces can create unnecessary barriers. With this in mind, the EVO 310’s electronic controls have been designed for intuitive interaction.
Information is displayed logically, controls respond predictably, and workflows remain consistent. As a result, users of varying experience levels can operate the compressor effectively without extensive training.
This inclusive design philosophy ensures that advanced capability remains accessible rather than exclusive.
Performance Specifications That Translate Into Benefits
High-Pressure Capability Without Excessive Strain
The EVO 310 delivers high-pressure output suitable for modern PCP systems. However, raw pressure capability alone does not define quality. Instead, controlled delivery ensures that pressure is applied safely and efficiently.
By balancing output with regulation, stress on seals, valves, and cylinders is minimized. Over time, this contributes to fewer failures and improved reliability.
Duty Cycle Optimized for Practical Use
Rather than advertising unrealistic continuous operation, the Hill EVO 310 Electronic Compressor has been engineered around realistic duty cycles. This design choice supports long-term durability rather than short-term performance claims.
Through intelligent cycle management, components are protected from overheating and fatigue. As a result, consistent performance is maintained across repeated sessions.
