The Scorpion Cadet sits on one of BSA’s most respected foundations – the Scorpion platform. Often described as the “baby R10,” the original Scorpion shared the same GX/Ultra bolt-action system as the R10 but used a straightforward air cylinder instead of a regulator and bottle. In hindsight, this made the Scorpion the smarter choice for many shooters, as the early R10 regulators had their teething issues, while the Scorpion’s simpler setup was rugged, reliable, and easier to live with. Pair that with the world-renowned BSA Cold Hammer Forged barrel, and the Scorpion earned its reputation as a no-nonsense performer with the accuracy to match.

The Cadet variant takes that trusted Scorpion DNA and adapts it specifically for training and entry-level target shooting. Originally commissioned for the Army, Air, and Sea Cadets, this rifle dials back the power from 16 Joules to 8 Joules, giving a far higher shot count of around 120+ per fill. Instead of the multi-shot hunting setup, the Cadet runs a single-shot tray and comes fitted with diopter target sights – making it a perfect choice for 3-position shooting, 10m practice, and bell target competitions.

While marketed as a “junior rifle,” the Cadet retains the same full-size stock, barrel, and action as the Scorpion SE. At 3.1kg it’s light enough for younger shooters, but the dimensions are very much adult-friendly, making this a proper entry-level target rifle for all ages. Straight out of the box, it’s a complete package – accurate, robust, and competition-ready.

The BSA Ultra CLX SL sets the bar to a new height taking over the lead role of BSAs mid-sized sporter from the already high performing and time trusted Ultra SE. The Ultra CLX now comes with a side lever which makes taking that perfect shot even easier.

FX Crown MKII

The Crown is a PCP air rifle that embodies FX’s innovation in adjustability, modulation and of course precision.
This new MK2 version is equipped with a larger plenum (28% larger), wider valve stem of 6.5mm and improved channels for increased power potential and adjustment range.

Adjustability

Like the many other compressed air rifles from FX, the Crown MK2 is highly adjustable and modular in design.

Thanks to the power wheel, the hammer spring is very easy to adjust for both macro and micro adjustment.
In combination with the externally adjustable AMP regulator, this makes the rifle very adjustable for the utmost precision.

Just like the power wheel, the adjustment knob is also located on the left side to restrict the air flow.
This allows you to adjust the force in large steps.
This is ideal when you convert the rifle to a different caliber.

The FX Match Trekker is already very light and pleasant to use from the supplied gun case.
But if desired, the tractor can be adjusted in length and weight for both the first and second stages.

Modularity

The Crown is equipped with the Superlight STX (Smooth Twist X).
This barrel contains a liner, which can be exchanged for a different twist rate and other ammunition types.

The pulls and fields are pressed into the liner from the outside.

This result of this low friction barrel and the precisely controlled tolerances deliver the utmost precision that FX is known for.

Thanks to the barrel system, the Crown can even change caliber with a barrel kit!

British-based Daystate’s investment into computerised airguns means its rolling development programme can easily incorporate today’s latest performance improvements as well as tomorrow’s.
